    Hi guys,

was hoping that you could help me out. I have a T42 from worl and love the laptop...but when I am hooked up with port replicator on my LCD Flat Panel at home it is extremely blurry. I know the resolution on my monitor is not as high as my laptop so this is a problem, but I would think there would be a way to make it look better when I am hooked up to my replicator??

Does anyone know how to fix this problem who what to do to make it look better on my flat panel display.

    Thanks!

The resolution of your external monitor shouldn't matter, so long as it's 1600x1200 or less. When you connect, right click on the desktop and go to display settings. Make sure you are running in native resolution for your external display.

i do have it set to my native resolution of 1280 x 1024. My laptop has a much higher resolution...but it seems to get blurry on the display becasue of the lower resolutions....

does that make sense?? how do i fix this?? It isn't blurry to the point i can't use it, but no where near as nice and crisp as when my desktop is hooked up to the display.

You should probably call support then, the resolution of your notebook display has no impact on the ability of the notebook to output to an external monitor.
