This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Can any of you T42 owners give me some details about what capabilities the T42 has with an external monitor? The IBM website does not really provide much info. For example,

    Can the T42 support both an external monitor and its TFT display at the same time? If so what are the limitations?

    If docked, what external DVI resolution can the T42 support?
