I'm trying to pair my logitech mx master mouse via bluetooth. The t420 is not picking up the mouse but picking up other devices. The mouse works fine as I tried it on another computer. Any pointers?

I'd say keep trying? Smash the "Connect" button on your mouse?

At one time I've tried to pair my Bluetooth keyboard with my Windows tablet and it took me 15-20 minutes of trying to succeed, though the connection was very stable once successfully connected.

been doing that but nothing. However, it's instantly detected by my Helix 2.

    Sigh... no idea here.

I have two T410 with TP Bluetooth modules (actually Broadcom-based, the module should be the same as yours) but they're still on the way to me. However my E5510 and 2740p (also have Broadcom-based Bluetooth modules) detected my Bluetooth devices rather quickly.

Nope, I've manually installed the latest WIDCOMM driver.

It was available in Broadcom's site but not anymore, the latest version is available in Softpedia.
    32-bit: http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/BLUETOOTH/Broadcom/Broadcom-WIDCOMM-Bluetooth-Driver-1201940.shtml
    64-bit: http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/BL...WIDCOMM-Bluetooth-Driver-1201940-64-bit.shtml

By the way both the E5510 and 2740p are running Windows 10 Pro.

That sucks, looks like it's just an unlucky combination.
