    I would like to remap the forward/back key (next to up arrow key) to page up/down key as I don't use forward/back that much. I was wondering is there any tool to achieve this? Maybe through Lenovo keyboard tools? Or AutoHotkey? Any suggestion would be appreciated!

    AutoHotkey works wonderfully for me. Check out this simple 2-line script:

    Code:
    SC16A::PgUp ; Back button
    SC169::PgDn ; Forward button
