I'm looking to replace my x120e with a t420 soon and we all know the screen quality of x120e isn't that good compared to x220 IPS display. However x120e screen is perfectly fine with me so is the screen on the T420 comparable to x120e or is it better?

    Thanks

I doubt it's going to be noticeably different. My x100e was comparable to my y460 in terms of contrast, viewing angles, and brightness. The difference of dpi may play a bigger role.

Not sure what the screen on the x120e looks like but I love the display on my T420. :D

Looks the same as my T420s, except the higher resolution on my T420s.
