    Hello,
I am new T420s owner (Win2K8 R2) and so far the machine has been great except for this mouse issue.
When using the trackpad, the mouse seems to just lock-up every now and then. I am using the most recent driver (4/21) from Lenovo's website.
Has anybody come across a similar issue? Perhaps on a different machine?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Turn down PalmCheck in the UltraNav settings one step at a time until it goes away. The touchpad likes to disable itself for a second immediately after a keypress.
