    T420s Fingerprint reader problem

    So for some reason, my fingerprint reader is not working now. For the Windows 7 side, the Lenovo software shows three E721005 errors. Searched all over the Internet (including here) and got nothing.

    On the ubuntu side, it ask me "Permission problem?" The fingerprint reader's green light won't even light up...I have set it active in Bios. Really have no idea what happen. Hope its not physically damaged...
