There are plenty of 14.1" SXGA+ T60 models.
-
can you please show me one in IBM.com web site ?

It's possible that the preconfigured models are not available from IBM's site yet.
-
can you give me some links?

Check the Tabook:
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pcinstitute/psref/tabook.pdf
It lists many different models for all currently sold Thinkpads. -
T60, depending on the model, can have three different screens:
XGA = 1024x768
SXGA+ = 1400x1050
UXGA = 1600x1200
There are versions of each available for sale on the Lenovo site:

T60 reference page:

FYI - Here's a very handy app for getting tons of detail on any IBM or Lenovo product. The search feature works great. http://www-306.ibm.com/common/ssi/OIX.wss -
I would be surprised if no SXGA is offered, but since it has just been released, they are not here yet.
T43 14'' SXGA or T60 14'' XGA (no SXGA any more in 14'' on T60)
