I received a new T43 on Friday. . My old laptop died making replacment urgent.
I have got a annoying problem however. The 2 mouse keys below the trackpad are not working
properly. If they are pressed hard, particuarly near the outside edge they work, but a normal click
produces no response. Very frustrating. The computer feels verysturdy and well built and functions perfectly otherwise.
I am in Australia and I do not think they have a replacment option.Does anyone know how long repair takes ?
Is there any chance its a software problem (My previous laptop was a Mac so I am still finding my way in Windows) ?
    Cheers John

Probably going to have to send it in to be fixed. Sounds unlikely that it would be a software issue. No idea how long it takes there. Had a problem with my T41 keyboard once, they sent me a new one the next day. Mosue buttons are probably a little more tricky to replace.

I was robbed by a sweet little old lady on a motorized cart and I didn't even see it coming.
