Got my T43 today. As soon as I did the initial setup, it said I have connected to a wireless network. I don't have a wireless connection, yet, in my home. Am I picking up a neighbor's connection? I intend to get a Linksys Wireless router and create a wireless network in my home. How do I prevent others from picking up my wireless connection?

By the way, I am planning to get the Linksys Wireless Broadband G Router with SRX WRT54GX. Has anyone used this with Thinkpads? If so, how is the performance?

    Thanks.

When you get your router it should come with instructions on how to set up an encryption key with it. This way only people who know the key can connect to it. Most people seem to be too lazy to set this up
