    Hello,

    Thank you for viewing my thread.
    I purchased a T430s and the secondary bay battery about a month ago. It has been working fine but after I woke up this morning, the power manager said that there was a communication error between the battery and the computer and that my battery condition was poor. Now, I can't charge or use the battery. I tried updating the battery firmware but that didn't work. I was wondering if any of you guys know how to fix this.
