I have a T430s and when I dock it into the docking station, the network cable would not work. I have to plug the network cable directly into the laptop. I have tried 2 docking stations. All brand new. Are there any drivers required?

    Hi,

    no there is not.

When you dock your laptop, the ethernet port is transfered to the dock, so apparently you have a hardware problem with your thinkpad.
