    T430s battery life vs T420

    Considering a T430s but I'm curious if anyone has experience of how the battery life compares to the 6-cell T420, which I currently use. I would rather not take a step backwards in terms of battery life.

    I don't have specific numbers, but all things equal, which rarely happens, the T420 should be significantly better, due to the higher wattage batteries it uses. You can opt for the bay battery on the T430s, but the modular battery always discharges first, which tends to wear the battery out quickly.
