    T440p backlighting screen bleed

    I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend going with the FHD display if you plan on using the laptop's own display much (my only qualm is that $200 is way more than it should be for the upgrade). I have no idea how much the backlight bleed varies from build to build but it's definately not a problem on mine. You can see a fair amount of bleed at the bottom of the display at the boot screen however after that nothing at all, even on an all black background (not sure why this is... perhaps different LCD states). The FHD display on the T440p is without a doubt the nicest laptop screen I've ever used (for reference, a W520 with the FHD is my work laptop).
