Hi, im planning to buy 128 MyDigitalSSD 128GB to install on my thinkpad t440s. But here's the question, can I install one on the empty slot and replacing the original 16gb cache with another 128gb m.2 ssd? If so, can I format them two into one partition for OS use? thanks.

Don't think you can RAID0 them if that's what you are asking.

There is a mydigitialSSD 256GB M.2 coming out in July however so you may want to wait for that one?

Well, can I merge those two into one without doing RAID0?

You will have to do some form of RAID in order to have them show up as one device.
