Lately I have noticed the laptop screen flickers randomly. I have an external monitor hooked to it and that's behaving fine. Sometimes it would flicker a few times in a minute, sometimes it would be fine again for a couple of minutes straight.

    Here's a video:

Here's another video in BIOS showing that it's not a windows driver issue:

    Any thoughts?

I've seen something like this too on my T450s with the HD+ (1600x900) display. It tends to happen when the screen resolution changes - for example, when logging out to the GDM login screen on Ubuntu. It doesn't happen very often, though. I recently ordered a FHD screen for my T450s and I'm going to try replacing it, and wonder if that may have any impact on this issue.

FWIW I'm still seeing the issue after replacing the original HD+ LCD screen with the FHD screen. I definitely see it most often after waking from suspend. Hoping it might be an issue that can be fixed in an upcoming BIOS update and isn't a hardware flaw.
