I'm looking thinkpad with this criteria:
    - Lightweight (below 2 kg or 4.4 lbs)
    - Full HD screen resolution
    - Decent battery life
    - Support dual storage drive (I'm planning to have M.2 SSD + HDD configuration)
    - Support Windows 7

So far I think T450s is the one that meet the criteria above. The others like T460/T460s, E460, E470, and Thinkpad 13 doesn't support dual storage. T450 doesn't have FHD screen option, I know it can be replaced but I'm not interested going this route. The older T440s doesn't have physical trackpoint buttons.

So do you think I should take T450s or is there other better options you could recommend?

The T450 does have the FHD option, though they might be rare compared with the T450s.

T440s could be a more affordable option, the TrackPad can be changed for a T450s trackpad.

Can't find T450 FHD in my country, so nope.

not interested in replacing of non-common components, so nope too.

@andrick consider Thinkpad Yoga 460. FHD display, m.2 2242 + 2.5" 7mm slots, physical trackpad buttons - yet it is a convertible tablet on top of everything else.

Thanks, good to hear there is another option. There is one type of it sold in my country, but price is higher than T450s because it's skylake laptop. Is there older version of it? I don't really need convertible laptop at all but I might consider it if price is close to T450s.

@andrick yes, Broadwell-based Thinkpad Yoga 14 also comes with FHD screen, and m.2 2242 + 2.5" slots for storage. Haswell version is pretty much the same but limited to 8GB RAM, so I won't recommend it. Buying a convertible Thinkpad means you're guaranteed to have IPS screen (FHD in case of TPY 14 or 460), not some TN junk; traditional laptops with optional high-res IPS screens are usually more expensive and harder to source than convertibles, so getting a Thinkpad Yoga is a win-win solution.

Just checked the Thinkpad Yoga 14 broadwell, the price is still higher than T450s, so I would say no. It's also heavier than T450s, probably because of the gorilla touch screen. I don't really care about IPS or TN as long as it has FHD reso.
