hi, anyone out there using the T500 (possibly with 9cell battery) with a (DSLR) camera backpack? I was wondering if it is a tight fit if the bag says 15.4" notebook compartment?

I was looking at the Lowepro Fastpack 250, which only says it will fit a 15.4" notebook. No matter where I looked I did not find dimensions for the notebook compartment, not even on the manufacturers page.

So if anyone is using that particular backpack, or just another camera backpack I would love to hear about your experience with it.

    Thanks!

I have the Fastpack 350 which was designed for a 17" laptop and the T500 fits in there with plenty of space to spare. The laptop compartment in the 350 is approximately 18x12" and the T500's footprint is 14x10", or 14x11" with the 9-cell battery.
