This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Im looking at purchasing the T500 and the only thing holding me back is reviews questioning the keyboard.
    Im a big fan of previous Lenovo's and dont question paying nearly $2000 for a laptop that has that quality.
    Has anyone tried replacing the keyboard? If so what were the results?
    How is the build quality compared to the normal Thinkpads like the T61?
