Arrived this afternoon, got it unpacked, up and running now and I love it !

Screen is great, no keyboard flex at all, wieght isnt' too bad, and looking at a large 15" screen is refreshing ... for long journeys I'll use my netbook (x301 :) )

If you read my prior posts you'll know I'm very picky and I've tried a lot of notebooks in the past year or so. I'm most pleased with Lenovo's, especially when you can catch those hot 48 hour sales and/or coupons ... it's a LOT of computer for the money.

    Congratulations :)
It's good to hear Lenovo's pretty much gotten keyboard flex resolved.

    Nice laptop.

I ordered almost the same exact notebook. I opted for the 160GB 7200RPM and I only got 2GB RAM w/ 2GB Turbo Memory.

Im going to update it with a SSD and more RAM in the next 6 months when prices drop and the technology settles.

Can you give me any more specifics on the weight? I am really curious how the weight feels because I have never owned a laptop before.

not really answering your question but its a comment i want to make.

going from a 10 pound Dell which I owned for four years to my T400 which weights roughly half that, i was extremely happy.

ive owned the T400 for 4 months now and i'm already wanting something lighter. i wish i could get the specs I have now at about 2 or 3 pounds...
