Is there anyway to boot the T500 to DVI? The BIOS only allows to the LCD or VGA, but I have my T500 semi-permanantly set on my dock with a DVI monitor, but it won't boot to it - only switches over once Vista loads...

The dvi monitor is a product of Vista loaded software, no?
    What's it going to boot?

No, what im trying to get at is the fact that when i turn my laptop on while it's on a dock, it won't turn the monitor on until vista loads - if the monitor was connected by a VGA cable, it would be ok as I can change the setting in the system BIOS. The Thinkpad screen and the Vista loading screen don't show on my external monitor, only on the LCD (which is closed because im on the dock...) Is there a way to get it to work?
