if you get the t500, you should really get the 3650 ATI mobility dedicated graphics

Why? Only if you game or the like is it important. Integrated cards have better battery life and less heat.

But if thats the case, get the T400 with the very excellent LED WXGA+ screen. Bit lighter and and better screen. Not to mention its about 150-200$ cheaper.

yea..i dont see why you would want the t500 except for dedicated.
maybe for just the extra inch?
otherwise go with t400
