I'm doing a clean install of Windows 7 for the first time, and the drivers for the gpu and integrated graphics that Windows installs before first use have me confused.

It looks like something called WDDM 1.1 is already installed for the Intel chip and the ATI card, so I'm getting 1680 x 1050 from the beginning. Should I uninstall these before I install the switchable drivers off System Update, or should I just let System Update and it let take care of anything?

Are there any other drivers I should uninstall before using System Update?

I'm not exactly a computer expert, so any help would be appreciated :)
