Does the T510 with 2.5 or 1.8" SSD? Will a aftermarket SSD work with it? If so, what is the best option? I don't need much space. I have a T60 C2D, Win 7 Pro x64, with a 80 gig x25-m. I was planning to put in my x25-m but the T510 has 1.8" SSD.

    T510: 2.5" HDD/SSD. (T410s: 1.8" HDD/SSD.) Commercially available SSDs should work. The Intel X25-M should fit.

Yup, T510 should be able to do 2.5" SSDs. Didn't know T510 shipped with 1.8" SSDs..

yes, that's great! i don't have to dish more $$ out for a 1.8" ssd. I must had mistaken for 510 for a 410. I am planning to sell my T60 and swap the new drive from T510 into it.

    T410 uses 2.5" drive. It's T410 s that uses 1.8" drive.

It doesn't. The T510 uses standard 2.5" drives.
