Hey all,
When configuring a T510 on lenovo.com, on the page with the overview of available T510 configs, the first two have "None" listed under "Pointing Device". After clicking "Customize and Buy", there are 2 options under "Fingerprint reader": "None", and "UltraNav with Fingerprint reader". I really want to get UltraNav, but I don't need the Fingerprint reader. If I choose "None", will I get a T510 without a touchpad & trackpoint, or will I get one with touchpad & trackpoint, but without the fingerprint reader?
As an aside, when configuring the T410, "UltraNav" is listed under "Pointing Device" in the overview page, and the "Fingerprint Reader" section on the customization page has the options "UltraNav without Fingerprint reader" and "UltraNav with Fingerprint reader".
So what's the deal? Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks in advance.

I bought a T510 few days ago and have the same question.
Lenovo Website for T510 description is confusing.
You will get a touchpad.

there are lots of typos, which are not picked up by the person whom put the website up.

is this what you're seeing perhaps?
if so, that option is for the fingerprint reader, not the navigation device.
as of this post there are no options for 'pointing device' so either the mistake was found in the database and being corrected or there's a ghost in the machine. -
Lenovo is probably releasing their telepathic pointing device... imagine playing counterstrike with this new pointing device.

Thanks for clearing my doubts, everyone. -
T510 without touchpad, or mistake on Lenovo's site?
