    Hi there,

I have a T520 with the Intel ultimate N and I have been comparing its speed with my Dad's old Sony VAIO on same wifi network and I'm sorry to say My Dad's old VAIO smokes the Ultimate N by 15 to 20 times (2 Mb/s vs 40 Mb/s)!!!

Just wondering if there is anything I can do to speed it up. In Device manager I'm seeing that my driver is version 14.2.0.10 dated 03/08/2011

If I have to update it should I install Intel's driver package via Intel's website or Lenovo's via ThinkVantage System Update.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

Just updated driver via ThinkVantage. seems to help. On speedtest.net I'm getting around 35 Mbps.
