    1) Have you ever had your laptop "wake up" after you put it to sleep?
    2) Weird thing, my battery manager and tray thing stop working after almost every resume?
    Anyone has the same issues?

1.- Yes, but usually it's due to some function that's set to an undesirable setting. Make sure you disable wake on wireless detection, as that's a common culprit. Also, note that if you unplug an active USB device (ie: mouse) after your computer enters sleep, your computer will resume itself.

2.- Have you flashed the latest BIOS and installed the latest Power Manager driver and Power Manager software for your Thinkpad model? What OS are you running?

For 1 - yes, there could also be some task in Task Scheduler that has the following setting checked in the Conditions tab - " Wake the computer to run this task". Or some other resident software like Acronis True Image can wake up your machine also.

Yeah, Im running Windows 7 on a T520.
Aside from those issues, a new one has emerged.
One every few startups, after my battery manager fails, i just simply log off, so it loads back up, but when i log back in, the system displays a dialog and Windows Explorer has crashed and then the screen just remains black. Full reboot helps, its getting really annoying thouhg.

There are a lot of questions that would have to be answered before anyone here can reasonably try to help you out, such as:

What model Thinkpad do you have?
    What is its configuration?
    What OS are you running?

Outside of this information, all I can suggest is to run the Thinkpad system updater and update all of your drivers and BIOS to the latest versions and ensure that you are up to date in windows update (I am assuming you are running windows).
