    T520i - Freeze for half second

    Hey everyone,

    I've had my t520 since august (best laptop ive ever owned, first thinkpad), theres one issue thats driving me insane.

    Every few minutes (5-10) it freezes for half a second and goes back to normal. For example if im using the trackpad the pointer freezes then goes back to normal.

    If im watching a video, it also freezes and a distorted noise is played for half a second then goes back to normal.

    Nothing in the event logs. Tried updating all the drivers, same result.

    Any ideas? thanks in advance
