Haven't seen that before; does look like a hardware issue to me. Have you talked to Lenovo Support yet?

When I called support in ATL, I said that I had a DOA computer and needed to send it back. The guy didn't ask me what, specifically, was wrong. He just said OK and generated a case number. That was done by about 6:50p EST.
He then transferred me to the post-sales line. I was on hold (without talking to anyone) until 7:30p, when I hung up. I knew that sales support closed at 7p EST, but I thought - for sure - they will take the calls that got in the queue before 7p. Apparently not. I tried calling back at 7:30, and they didn't even have a message saying they were closed. It just puts you into the holding pattern!
I'd like to tell Lenovo about the problem so they can be on the lookout for it, but they aren't making it easy. -
It's a difficult week to get a hold of people in general. Half my coworkers were on vacation either all of or part of this week. I'd definitely call back Monday and confirm your DoA return. Hopefully it'll get sorted out promptly.
