I just ordered Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) , and I wonder if it can be used to replace the stock HDD? I assume this is not a 7mm one, so will it fit?

The T530 should be able to take 9.5mm drives fine, it's only the T430 that have to use 7mm drives in the main bay. Though if your system came with a 7mm drive from the factory you may need to replace the rubber rails so it will fit properly on your 9.5mm drive.

Why not pick up a mSATA SSD and keep the hard drive for more storage?
