This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    You could, but you would need the bracket and cable (of which I have no idea if you can easily order them). If it's like my A485 then it's only 2 lanes of PCIe anyway. You may be better off with a decent 2.5" SATA SSD than going that route, and it would probably be cheaper.
