    Do you think this is a scam? The price of this laptop should be at least double for what he's asking for. I've already emailed the seller to see if he still has the laptop available. I doubt he'll reply though.

    I'd be suspicious, but I guess there's no harm in checking it out. The price is probably a typo.

    definitely scam. What these have in common: (1) tempting pictures and detailed specs of the machine. (2) no local place shown in the post.

    If you can make this deal local and see the laptop in person, what's there to scam? Craigslist's #1 rule is to deal everything locally. =\
