    T60 DVD problem

    Or is it a problem? The CD RW/DVD shows up as 'safely remove'-able hardware on my screen, and the green light situated between the DVD bay and USB ports is always illuminated (in sleep mode too).

    Of course, when I 'safely remove' the drive, it is unusable until I reboot.

    What to do? If anything.
