    Hi all,

I've read a couple thread about the 3 keyboard brands and I've found out I've a Chicony. Not too bad (some desktop keyboards are worse) but maybe a little bit not to my taste.

It seems some managed to get new keyboards from IBM. My questions is: what exactly do you tell the technical support to have them ship you a new keyboard?!?!? Do you just call them up and say "I'd like to have this other keyboard FRU#", or "My keyboard feels not good, can you send me a new one", or "my keyboard is broken" etc...

    What is the recipe??

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi,

it seems my post got pushed farther away in the forum, and I'm wondering if there is no particular answer to it, or if was lost in the volume of information!

Have you tried the others to see if you like them? You may not.
