    T60 Series_was price at introduction the same as now May '06)?

    I know there are "sales" of all kinds going on with this model, but I want to know whether the T60 series retail pricing has been reduced since their introduction in February, '06? I'm unfamiliar with Thinkpad's "usual" pricing practice. If they plug Meroms in and do their usual August release, I'm wondering what their price might be.

    I think it is a bit of a stretch that Meroms will be widely availble by August. The prices for the T60 were more expenisve in February when only a few models were available. That is not unusual.
