Does anyone know if there is a battery slot cover available to put in place when you remove the battery? When I use my laptop with A/C I would like to remove the battery but it seems to leave critical connections vulnerable and I would like to be able to cover it up. It would seem there should be some sort of slide in door for this purpose but I haven't been able to find evidence of one.

Thanks for everyones help on this and all other topics.

I have never heard of such a thing...I would not worry about. If you switch back and forth frequently you will likely break the retaining clip on your battery (I did). If you don't move back and forth between battery and AC often, I still would not worry about dust and other things. If you are concerned just blow out the connections before putting the battery back in. Otherwise I suppose you could put a bit of tape or other device on the terminals to keep them clean.
