    I noticed that the factory settings for my T60 with 14" screen is 1400x1050 and 16-bit.

    Is this the way it's supposed to be?

    Everything seems to look the same as if it was on 32-bit color quality but I'm not sure. All my other computers are on 32-bit color settings by default.
