    Hello everyone! I'm new to here and would like to receive some advice on my first laptop!

    My budget is around $1k
    Does this T60 8743GZU worth $999.99?

    I just copy the link coz the store selling this model doesn't have a website...
    Or should I buy T61 thru lenovo EPP?

    My background: college freshman studying engineering in the coming fall, expecting to be able to survive with this laptop in 4 years (hopefully?).

    I mean T60 for $1000 or the T61 at around $1000?

    I think you need to rename the topic to T60 for $1000 or T61?...

    I'd go with the T60 as I think it is better built.
