Hi, when I first got my t60, there was this little thing in the bottom of task bar (where the clock is) that told me whether the hard driver is shaking or not.

however, after a fresh install and installing all the drivers i could find with thinkpad's auto update program, i still don't see that little icon. do i need to install some additional drivers? If so, which one?

i'm only asking because there is the HDA problem that every t60 owner who did a fresh install encountered...but how about for this one?

    thanks.

You get the hard drive program in the apps folder. You did burn off the recovery discs?
