I'm thinking of buying a T60 as my primary work machine with the docking station. I currently have a Dell 24" widescreen that is 1920x1200.
Ideally I'd like to get multi-mon going with this 24" and anothe 19 or 20" LCD. Does the T60 support multiple monitors through the docking station? Eg. one connected to DVI and another through the standard VGA at the same time?

I'm not sure... I know you can use the T60's monitor and an external one at the same time, but I'm not sure about two external monitors... The T60 doesn't even have a DVI port, so how would you use it?

I haven't encountered a laptop that will allow me to drive multiple monitors out of both connections on the docking stations. The reason I'm asking now, is because the T60 is probably the most powerful laptop I've ever considered purchasing. Even the graphics card is better than what I have in my workstation at home -
I can't speak for the T60 in particular, but the (lower) Z61m does exactly what you are looking for. When I have it docked, I use two monitors and the extended Windows desktop (a Dell flat panel through DVI and a regular 21" through VGA) Works quite well.
I have the Advanced Mini Dock. -
If you have the Dock you should have no issues.

Woah, I'm actually shocked this will works on the Z61m. I haven't heard of asingle laptop that would do this. Thanks!
