See the pics attached. It's newly purchased directly from Lenovo. Their quality just sucks. Two black plastic broken chips fell out unwrapping the machine...
Update: I just fixed it by pushing the blue wire further inward to keyboard. Blue wire was found partially damaged right after I taken the keyboard out. Also found out the broken chips are belonged to palm rest which suppose to lock the palm rest to base.... oh well... I'm keeping the machine anyway...

The admin may have removed the pics.. because you had no warning. Can you update your title and post links to the pictures again.
I have no idea what you are talking about, but such a scenario is just soo rare. -
Well that's not normal and unacceptable, if you're disatisfied it's grounds for return, but if you've fixed and don't feel like such a hassle then probably better just to keep it.

you should return it and ask for an amendment for your time and trouble

To me, having paid for much for a notebook that would be unacceptable. I would return it.

I can snap the bezel back in but if I gently lifted the edge of bezel where on top of the serial port.. bezel just popped out and leaves the gap as the picture shown. I really like this the size, screen, weight about this notebook disregarding the quality issue I'm having here. Returning or exchanging this notebook is really a hassle to me because I really need a notebook at this moment for work... I got this notebook for $1,999 during their websale and now the price went back up to $2,299. Has anyone experience product exchange with Lenovo? Do I have to return it back and reorder one? Or do they just exchange it for me?

Return it. Chances are it's not typical of all T60s, just a bad build on the one you got...it happens with all vendors...less so on thinkpads.
T60's quality suck
