I ended up bying a used T60 from a vendor that sells seconhand laptops with a guarantee.

At home I noticed a little crack on the lid next to one of the hinges. Also the hinge itself seems to be moving a bit, about 1 millimeter up and 1 millimeter forward, when moving the lid. The hinger on the other side won't budge, it sits firmly on its place.

Here's an image showing the crack and the little gap between the hinge and the base. The left side of the image shows the hinge normally and the right side when the lid is being pushed a little.

Is this something I should worry about? It doesn't matter me if it stays like that, but I'm concerned if it could become more loose and eventually come off.

Is this something to worry about?

Sounds like the T60 was dropped before. I had a similar crack on my T60 from a few years ago. I brought some JB Weld type epoxy that one could mold (it was blue in color and in a clear tube), pressed it into the crack, let it dry, sanded it, used a black magic marker to cover the blue glue and it was fine for many years until I sold the T60 on Ebay. You could try that if there are no other problems with the laptop.

i would definitely get it returned, this crack will eventually fail and cause the screen to fall off from that side.

Ok, thanks for your answers. I'll have it fixed, preferably by the vendor, as it's under guarantee.
