    This is true on Dell Computers too. Not right now, but sometimes the E1505 is $50 cheaper than the E1405. The 15.4" size tends to be the cheapest size for some reason. The 14.1" is a close second.

    Supply and demand. LCD makers are probably cranking out more 15" screens and scaling back on the 14". Your make more of something your cost per unit goes down.
