This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     My brother has a T61 and has some issues getting his machine to hibernate (he's running XP Pro). I have a suspicion that it's got something to do with some Lenovo bloatware that duplicates the power options control panel in XP.

    Is there a bloatware removal guide somewhere out there for Lenovo machines?
