    Hi Guys,

    I've read the clean install guide on this site for help doing a clean install on my T61, so far ive put Vista Ultimate and its running OK, accept i have a question about the Power Management Driver and Software...

    Do I really need to install this software for Vista? and if so can someone kindly tell me what its called? Theres is lots of different stuff on the Lenovo website?

    Also do i REALLY need the ultranav software??

    It's called "Power Manager" located on the Driver Matrix Page. Link provided in the guide in my sig.

    It's up to you if you want to install it. You don't have to install it. Vista has it's own power manager built-in, but most people report having better battery time with it.

    Only if you want to use the ultrnav pointing device.
