    I've bought the following T61:

    "Intel Core 2 Duo T7500(2,2GHz) 800Mhz Intel 64 Technology, 1GB RAM PC2-5300 667MHz DDR2, 160 GB 5400rpm HD SATA 150,15.4in 1280x800 Widescreen anti-glare, Intel X3100, Multiburner CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11ag, Bluetooth, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet,UltraNav, Thinklight, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 6c Li-Ion (Up to 5,5 hr)."

I've installed the game Call of Duty 2 and when I try to open it, a message about a problem with DirectX appears. I've gone to DirectX site and downlodaded the last version, but I've been unable to solve the problem.

Perhaps the T61 is not made for this specific game?

Is it Vista or Xp, because i dont know if COD 2 supports DX10, Also don't expect alot in means of performance in game from the Integrated Graphics.

Forgive my ignorance, but how do I check that? I've already checked DirectX.

Well did you follow the Clean install guide?
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=188992

To check Direct X Hold the Win Key and press R then type dxdiag
click direct x files tab and look at the higest version number, under XP it should be 9 something.

To check drivers the main way is device manager, under computer management in Adminstrative tools, Also go to intels site and just reinstall the latest one just to be safe.

At Intel's site there are quite a few downloads. Which ones should I choose?
