    T61 - Fan error question

    Hello, ppl,

    I've a fan error, my nbk is in warranty period (yey, lucky me!), I've contacted my Lenovo Repair Center (I'm in Romania, BTW), but I wonder if, besides those 2 compatible and recommended fans found on lenovo site (in support section), can I replace (on my expenses, no problem about that) the fan with an compatible fan (for making it work in the notebook) provided by a good cooling company (like zalman, etc). What do you think?

    FYI, if it helps, my notebook is T61 - type 7664, model 18G.
