    This T61 have a web cam integrated on TFT ? And have a Intel turbo memory? I don't now how the manufacturers dont insert the exactly specification on your notebooks... ;)

    I went through the spec sheet, though i don't speak italian, I can't see anything that indicates that there is the integrated webcam on there.

    it does not have turbo memory or the webcam.

    You are sure? Where in the specification is indicated?
    And what is the model number of t61 series with integrated webcam and intel turbo memory?

    The turbo memory memory option is over rated to be honest but I have been trying to track down the model number that has the built in web cam and turbo memory option but the Lenovo page you sent does not specifically allow you to configure the machines rather it refers to you an authorized dealer. I also does not specifically state those two options in the spec sheets that they do have available. So I am not sure. You may have to contact one of the resellers to ask about the availability of those options.

    I'am italien.. and lenovo don't permit to configure the thinkpad like dell or lenovo USA... And also the specification is horrible.. it's not tecnical... I don't now why... T61 is for business.. and the business want all the tecnical detail...
    I have telephon to the italian reseller but they respons is.. "visit lonovo web site for specification".. yes.. but there is not the detailed specification.

    I wont buy my notebook on the web and I want indicated to reseller only the serial model number for be sure that the specifications are right...

    In italy this model there is not.. there is 7659 .. but is 15" and not 14".. :(

    So sorry about those issues you are having but can you see the actual machine before you buy it at the reseller? That may be the only way to guarantee the the web cam integrated. If not you can always get a logitech quickcam pro like i have on my T60P.

    I don't like the external web cam.. beaucose in the conference some time I use only voice.. but some time I must open the cam.. and integrated it's simple.. if is external I must search the cam in the bag insert the usb etc.. But if there is not the integrated web cam ... i buy the external lenovo cam.. but I am not very happy ;)
