I purchased a T61 with 1gb turbo memory but it only shows up as 512mb. Does anyone know why? Or did they put the wrong memory chip in? Has anyone else found this to be a problem?

At the risk of being completely, utterly wrong and having no clue what I"m talking about, didn't HP come up with a study saying how only 1/2 of Turbo Memory will be dedicated to ReadyBoost and 1/2 to ReadyDrive.

Maybe that's just how it's split up?

    I'm probably way off though. I don't have a T61 :p
