    Hi,

Before I shell out for 4Gb's of RAM I'd like to know what the BIOS in the T61 limits this to. Is it 3Gb, 3.25Gb etc?

I know that with a BIOS upgrade on the T60, the BIOS has increased the RAM limit to 3.25Gb up from 3Gb, but I havent read anything about the T61.

Any info from T61 owners with 4Gb of RAM would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I dont think there are any BIOS or chipset limitations, just make sure you have a 64bit OS.
